What is this?

Undergroundnetwork.wordpress.com is my blog. I started it at the end of March 2008. It will be a place to vent. I plan to discuss politics, journalism, philosophy, religion and most importantly, music. Punk music. I’m also keen to get like minded people to contribute, basically with any critiques of the status quo. Not that I think that being alternative is virtuous in its own right, but challenging views can be hard to hear amongst the chatter of the conforming non-thinking mainstream drones.

Why start a blog?

Because I am opinionated. I think everyone needs to know what I think. Well, not really, they should atleast consider what I have to say.

Who are you?

For now its just me, Paul. I hope to have more contributors in the future. Amberleigh is going to do some music reviews. Eventually.

Why undergroundnetwork?

It’s an anti-flag song about alternative communication and how corporate media cannot keep us beat down brainwashed and enslaved. Great song.

Why should I care?

Arguably you shouldn’t. But you do. You can’t get enough. You want to know more. It will become an addiction. And you will suffer, like me. Because I suffer. Just so you can read my rants. Be grateful.
